This EDU First Aid Training course is required by law for an individual to apply for an EDU licence to work as a door supervisor.
EDU First Aid Training Duration
This is a six-day course with a mandatory self-study component and 9 hours of in-classroom training.

EDU First Aid Training Certification
Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive the First Aid Training in the Private Security Industry certificate.
EDU First Aid Training Requirements
To qualify for an SIA licence, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Have no criminal records
- have an EDU recognised qualification
- A valid passport or a current UK Driving Licence
- An HSE-compliant Emergency First Aid/First Aid at Work certificate
- Two proofs of address such as utility bills or separate bank statements
- EDU Door Supervisor Exam
