Refund Policy

At EDU Training Centre, we strive to provide excellent training courses and ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or seek a refund for a course you have purchased. Therefore, we have developed the following refund policy to address such situations:

 

Course Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:

 

• To request a refund, you must notify us via email at info@edutrainingcentre.com.
• The confirmation of cancellation email must be sent to us at least 48 hours prior to the course start date.

Failure to comply with both steps a and b will result in your course(s) being ineligible for a refund.

 

Non-Attendance:

 

• If you fail to attend a course(s) you have purchased without completing steps a and b mentioned above, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Voucher:

 

• Depending on the circumstances and evidence provided, we may issue a one-off, non-transferable voucher worth 20% of the course fee for use towards another course offered by EDU Training Centre.
